Recommended Percussion Caps

For the best fit and ignition performance, use a compatible standard percussion cap from the following list:

Remington No. 10
CCI No. 11
Winchester No. 11
RWS 1075

CCI No. 10 Cap Notice CCI No. 10 caps are not recommended because their smaller internal diameter may prevent them from seating correctly. CCI No. 11 caps are the more appropriate CCI option for these nipples.

Percussion Revolver Safety Make certain the revolver is completely unloaded and uncapped before removing or installing nipples. Never dry-fire a cap-and-ball revolver. Confirm correct nipple thread, cap fit, and function before loading the firearm.

Got my slixshot nipples today and installed them, loaded her up and shot 50 paper cartridges with conical bullets. I didn't experience any cap jams. They work great!

These fixed my new uberti’s failure to fire problems. These are tall enough so that the all your caps get busted (factory nipples were too short) with minimal jams. Great product.

A perfect fit. I've read of several folks concerned about properly fitting nipples for the Uberti Pocket Police. These SliXshot nipples fit, significantly reduce cap blow back and SS isn't likely to rust around the threads.

These nipples fit my Uberti Colt pocket Navy. My pocket navy is new this year and I can't find any caps but I feel these nipples will help minimize any cap jams.
