Terms and Conditions

You enter into this agreement with the purchase of any of our Badman Bullets products.

NOTE: We do NOT sell Loaded Ammunition.  Only the projectile for handloading purposes.

You certify that you are 21 years of age or older.  You agree to release Badman Bullets, its employees, owners and suppliers from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses and charges resulting from the direct, indirect and/or misuse of any product purchased from Badman Bullets or any of its Distributors.

Our bullets contain lead.  Lead is a toxic metal.  It is your responsibility to handle lead in a safe manner.  Handloading should be done by competent adults after proper instruction.  Since handloading operations are beyond our control, we disclaim all liability for any damages which may result in any handling or misuse of this product.

Suggestions and information on our website is designed for education purposes only.  Any and all decisions to act on the information provided and use of our product is done so at the discretion of the individual consumer.  Badman Bullets accepts no liability for any alleged harm resulting from the use or misuse of such information or products. You agree to follow all state and local laws in regards to the purchase and use of reloading components. This includes but is not limited to any and all claims, legal fees, and costs associated thereof.  The consumer/individual assumes any and all risks associated with the use and/or misuse of the product purchased as well as information provided.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping
Shipping costs are based on the USPS mail feature.  We only ship by US Mail.

We only ship in the USA, including Alaska and Hawaii.  We do NOT ship outside the United States with the exception of Puerto Rico.

Delivery Time
When you place your order with us we will do our best to get it out ASAP.  In stock items ship within 1-5 days of when the order was placed. Due to a higher than normal demand, some of our products are weeks to months backlogged in production.  Thank you for your patience and understanding.  We are doing our best to keep up.

Lost Packages
If your order is *Lost prior to delivery, we will do our best to locate it.  Once the shipment's tracking status has been updated to "Delivered", Badman Bullets is no longer responsible for the contents of your order.  Please ensure that someone will be available on the day your order will be delivered or that there is a safe and secure location for you to receive your mail in your absence.

*LOST Claim Note:  The Insured must wait 20 calendar days before we can file a claim.

Returns
If you have a problem with your order simply contact us and we will do our best to remedy the situation.  Refunds cannot be issued for partially used items.  If you have not used the product then please contact us for a return authorization.  Any and all return authorizations must be made within 30 days of you receiving your order.  If the reason for a return is not our error then the original order is subject to a 15% restocking fee and you are responsible for the shipping back to us**.  All items properly returned will be refunded the purchase price minus any shipping charges and restocking fee that applies.  Once we receive the returned item(s) then a refund will be issued back to the original credit card. 

** We will pay the return shipping cost and wave the restocking fee if the return is a result of our error. Having you as a happy customer is our primary goal.

Damaged
If your package arrives ***Damaged and any/or a portion of the contents cannot be used or are missing do to loss please contact us immediately so we can file a claim with USPS.  Please take pictures of the damaged box along with the shipping label showing the tracking number and email that to us.  You must retain the damaged article and mailing container (including wrapping, packaging and contents).  USPS may require you to turn the materials over to a Post Office for an inspection, retention and disposition in accordance with the claims decision.  Once the claim is approved we will then get your replacement order sent out ASAP due to stock on hand.

***DAMAGED Claim Note:  All packaging material and damaged goods must be kept in the original form as received.  The packaging and item(s) shipped must not be sent back to us until a claim is complete.
