By purchasing any product from Badman Bullets, you acknowledge
that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms
and Conditions.
Product Notice
Badman Bullets does not sell loaded ammunition.
We sell bullet projectiles and related components intended for
lawful handloading and reloading purposes only.
Age Requirement
You certify that you are of legal age and legally eligible to
purchase these products in your jurisdiction.
Assumption of Risk and Liability Release
You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Badman
Bullets, its owners, employees, agents, suppliers, and distributors
from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and
expenses arising from the purchase, possession, handling, loading,
use, misuse, or resale of any product purchased from Badman Bullets.
The purchaser assumes all risks associated with the use of our
products. Handloading and shooting activities involve inherent risks
that can result in property damage, serious injury, or death if
performed improperly.
Lead Exposure Warning
Badman Bullets products contain lead. Lead is a toxic substance
that may pose health risks if handled improperly. It is the
purchaser's responsibility to handle all products safely and in
accordance with applicable safety guidelines.
Handloading should only be performed by competent adults who have
received proper instruction and training. Because loading practices,
firearms, and conditions of use are beyond our control, Badman
Bullets disclaims all liability for damages, injuries, or losses
resulting from the handling, loading, use, or misuse of our
products.
California Proposition 65 Warning
WARNING: This product can expose you to
chemicals including Lead, Antimony, and Arsenic, which are known to
the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other
reproductive harm.

Compliance with Laws
The purchaser is solely responsible for complying with all
applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the purchase,
possession, transportation, handloading, and use of reloading
components.
The purchaser agrees to assume all liability and responsibility
for any legal claims, fines, penalties, costs, attorney fees, or
expenses arising from non-compliance with applicable laws and
regulations.
Shipping Policy
Shipping Methods
We ship exclusively through the United States Postal Service
(USPS).
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska and
Hawaii. We also ship to Puerto Rico.
At this time, we do not ship internationally.
Order Processing and Delivery Times
We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.
- Take clear photos of the damaged package and contents.
- Include photos of the shipping label showing the
tracking number.
- Email the photos to us as soon as possible.

In-stock items generally ship within 1–5 business days.

Due to fluctuations in demand, certain products may
occasionally experience extended production backlogs ranging
from several weeks to several months.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to
fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
Lost Packages
If a package is lost in transit prior to delivery, we will assist
in locating the shipment and filing any necessary claims.
Once USPS tracking indicates that a package has been marked as
Delivered, responsibility for the package transfers
to the customer. Customers are encouraged to ensure that someone is
available to receive the package or that a secure delivery location
is available.
Lost Package Claim Notice
USPS insurance claims for lost packages generally cannot be filed
until 20 calendar days after the shipment date.
Returns and Refunds
Returns
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you experience a
problem with your order, please contact us and we will make every
reasonable effort to resolve the issue.
Refunds cannot be issued for products that have been partially
used, altered, loaded, or otherwise modified.
Unused products may be eligible for return authorization under
the following conditions:

Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

A Return Authorization must be obtained before returning any
merchandise.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Restocking Fee
Returns resulting from customer preference, ordering errors, or
other reasons not attributable to Badman Bullets are subject to:
Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of returned
merchandise, less applicable shipping charges and restocking fees.
Once the returned merchandise has been received and inspected,
the refund will be credited to the original payment method.
Our Error
If the return is the result of our error, we will:

Provide return shipping at our expense

Waive any restocking fees

Replace or refund the affected items as appropriate
Our goal is to ensure every customer has a positive experience
with Badman Bullets.
Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or if any contents are missing
due to shipping damage, please contact us immediately.
To assist with a USPS insurance claim, please provide:

Photographs of the damaged package

Photographs of the shipping label showing the tracking number

Photographs of any damaged contents
Please email this information to us as soon as possible.
Customers must retain all damaged merchandise, packaging
materials, shipping cartons, and packing materials exactly as
received. USPS may require inspection of the original packaging and
contents before approving a claim.
Once a claim has been approved, we will ship replacement
merchandise as inventory permits.
Damaged Shipment Claim Notice
Do not discard, alter, repair, or return damaged merchandise or
packaging until the USPS claim process has been completed. Failure
to retain the original materials may result in denial of the claim.
