Clean, Consistent Reloading Performance
Badman Hi-Tek Polymer Coated Bullets
Our premium hard cast bullets receive a durable Hi-Tek polymer coating designed to provide clean handling, reliable feeding, reduced smoke, and excellent accuracy.
How the Hi-Tek Coating Works
Badman polymer coated bullets are produced through a controlled process that bonds Hi-Tek coating to our premium hard cast lead bullets. The coating is applied before final sizing, helping provide consistent coverage and finished dimensions.
We use current-generation Hi-Tek coating resin with the 2-Extreme Catalyst system for durable, consistent performance. Our signature polymer coated bullets are available in red and black.
The polymer surface is clean to handle and is designed to reduce direct lead contact, smoke, and barrel fouling compared with traditionally lubricated cast bullets.
