Premium Hard-Cast Lead Bullets

Hard-cast lead bullets are the foundation of Badman Bullets. Our experience in Cowboy Action Shooting and other disciplines has allowed us to evaluate our bullets through thousands of rounds in real firearms and real match conditions.

During one shooting season, we fired approximately 3,500 rounds through each firearm without using patches, bore solvent, or other barrel-cleaning products. At the end of the season, inspection found virtually no leading in the barrels or forcing cones, and the firearms continued to shoot consistently to point of aim.

Those results reinforced the importance of matching alloy hardness, bullet design, diameter, pressure, and lubrication. Our manufacturing process is built around that balance.

Hi-Tek Polymer-Coated Bullets

In 2015, we expanded our product line with Hi-Tek polymer-coated bullets. Research, development, and hands-on testing showed us an opportunity to offer reloaders a clean, accurate, and cost-effective alternative to conventional wax-lubricated lead bullets.

The durable coating provides lubrication and helps keep handling and loading cleaner while preserving the hard-cast lead core underneath.

Independently Tested for Accuracy Potential

Before launching our polymer-coated line, Brandon Strayer of Infinity Firearms in Gordon, Texas, tested our bullets under controlled conditions. A 6-inch 9mm Infinity AET barrel was mounted in a firing fixture to minimize shooter-related variables.

The test used our 147-grain 9mm flat-point bullet. This historical result demonstrates the accuracy potential of the projectile under those specific test conditions; it is not a guarantee of identical results in every firearm or load.
