Badman Bullets was founded by shooters who understand the demands of competition and the importance of reliable equipment. Our family has been actively involved in competitive shooting since 2001, earning multiple championships and developing firsthand knowledge of what it takes to perform at the highest level.

Premium Hard Cast Lead Bullets

We proudly offer some of the finest hard cast lead bullets available for reloading.

Our hard cast and polymer coated bullets are the foundation of our business and have consistently exceeded our expectations in both competition and recreational shooting. Over the years, they have helped us earn countless monthly Cowboy Action Shooting match victories, multiple annual championships, state titles, and regional championships.

During one shooting season, we fired approximately 3,500 rounds through each firearm without using patches, bore solvents, or other barrel-cleaning products. At the end of the season, inspection revealed virtually no leading in the barrels or forcing cones, and the firearms continued to shoot to point of aim with outstanding consistency.

These results confirmed what extensive testing had already shown: the right combination of alloy hardness, bullet design, pressure compatibility, and lubrication produces exceptional performance. Through careful material selection and manufacturing processes, we have developed bullets that provide an ideal balance of durability, cleanliness, and accuracy.

Hi-Tek Polymer Coated Bullets

In 2015, we expanded our product line by introducing Hi-Tek polymer coated bullets.

After extensive research, development, and testing, we recognized the opportunity to provide reloaders with a cleaner, highly accurate, and cost-effective alternative to traditional jacketed projectiles. The result is a bullet that offers excellent performance while reducing many of the drawbacks associated with conventional lubricated lead bullets.

The slick, durable polymer coating virtually eliminates the smoke commonly associated with wax-lubricated lead bullets while maintaining the accuracy and consistency competitive shooters demand.

Independently Tested for Performance

Prior to launching our polymer coated bullet line, we partnered with Brandon Strayer of Infinity Firearms in Gordon, Texas, one of the most respected custom 1911 manufacturers in the industry.

Known worldwide for producing elite competition pistols, Infinity Firearms subjected our bullets to rigorous testing under controlled conditions. To eliminate human variables, testing was conducted using a 6-inch 9mm Infinity AET barrel mounted in a firing fixture.

At 54 yards, our 147-grain 9mm flat point produced a five-shot group measuring just 1.85 inches—demonstrating the accuracy potential of our polymer coated projectiles.
