Shipping and Returns
Shipping costs are based on the USPS mail feature. We only ship by US Mail.
We only ship in the USA, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do NOT ship outside the United States with the exception of Puerto Rico.
When you place your order with us we will do our best to get it out ASAP. In stock items ship within 1-5 days of when the order was placed. Due to a higher than normal demand, some of our products are weeks backlogged in production. Thank you for your patience and understanding. We are doing our best to keep up.
If your order is *Lost prior to delivery, we will do our best to locate it. Once the shipment's tracking status has been updated to "Delivered", Badman Bullets is no longer responsible for the contents of your order. Please ensure that someone will be available on the day your order will be delivered or that there is a safe and secure location for you to receive your mail in your absence.
*LOST Claim Note: The Insured must wait 20 calendar days before we can file a claim.
If you have a problem with your order simply contact us and we will do our best to remedy the situation. Refunds cannot be issued for partially used items. If you have not used the product then please contact us for a return authorization. Any and all return authorizations must be made within 30 days of you receiving your order. If the reason for a return is not our error then the original order is subject to a 15% restocking fee and you are responsible for the shipping back to us**. All items properly returned will be refunded the purchase price minus any shipping charges and restocking fee that applies. Once we receive the returned item(s) then a refund will be issued back to the original credit card.
** We will pay the return shipping cost and wave the restocking fee if the return is a result of our error. Having you as a happy customer is our primary goal.
If your package arrives ***Damaged and any/or a portion of the contents cannot be used or are missing do to loss please contact us immediately so we can file a claim with USPS. Please take pictures of the damaged box along with the shipping label showing the tracking number and email that to us. You must retain the damaged article and mailing container (including wrapping, packaging and contents). USPS may require you to turn the materials over to a Post Office for an inspection, retention and disposition in accordance with the claims decision. Once the claim is approved we will then get your replacement order sent out ASAP due to stock on hand.
***DAMAGED Claim Note: All packaging material and damaged goods must be kept in the original form as received. The packaging and item(s) shipped must not be sent back to us until a claim is complete.
