Make loading your cap-and-ball revolver easier and more comfortable with the SliX-Hand loading lever extension. The extended handle provides additional leverage while seating round balls, helping reduce hand strain and eliminate the gouged palms commonly caused by short factory loading levers.

Important fit information:
The SliX-Hand fits most, but not all, black powder revolvers. Minor modification may be required for certain loading-lever profiles. It is not compatible with Walker or Dragoon revolvers.

Perfect for my revolvers

The extension handle fits all of my percussion revolvers perfectly. Ruger Old Army, 1860 Colts and 1858 Remingtons are much easier to load with the cylinders in now!

This item should work as noted, but there is a major design flaw. Being alluminum it leaves unsightly silvery alluminum marks on the revolver loading lever that are very difficult to remove. I will not be using it!

Works very well gives extra strength to seating ball/bullet on powder charge. Makes the task doable and pleasant with sherrif model revolvers.

This is a neat, well made gadget that does as advertised. I never thought about how much a shorter loading level would make loading more difficult until I bought an 1860 Army with a 5.5 inch barrel. Guns with full length barrels and loaders are simple to use , but lop a couple inches off the lever and lose much more mechanical advantage. The SliX Hand levels the playing field. I'd recommend one of those for all who shoot black powder revolvers.

Came across this on one of my forums and am I glad I bought it!!! Keeps the loading lever from digging into the palm of my hand. Fits all my C&B revolvers from my little Colt Pocket to the massive Colt 1st Model Dragoon. Seats those big .457 balls with ease. Take my advise-Save your hands and buy one. You won't be sorry!!!

Why it took me so long to get this tool is beyond me. No more sore palm and loading is more consistent from chamber to chamber. Something so simple makes such a large difference. If you have a short loading lever or just need a little more leverage, you should try this!
