Engineered for Strength and Reliability The firing pin is manufactured from an alloy used in military-style M16 and aftermarket AR-15 firing-pin applications. The finished pin is also heat treated for durability, smooth operation, and extended service life. This product is not represented as a MIL-SPEC-certified component.
What Is Included Each set includes one extra-length firing pin and one balanced replacement return spring.
Professional Fitting and Tuning Required This is not a one-size-fits-all drop-in firing pin. Variations in bolt dimensions, action tolerances, operating pressures, and previous action work require the shoulder and firing-pin extension to be individually fitted and tuned.
Critical Firearm Safety Notice Incorrect firing-pin protrusion or shoulder fit can cause misfires, pierced primers, or other unsafe operating conditions. Make certain the rifle is completely unloaded before beginning work. If you do not understand how the firing pin should fit and function, have it installed by a qualified gunsmith.
