Great service, quick response but health issues recently prevented my testing the bullets. Intend to try them in the next week or so.

Needed some bullets for a new to me rifle for testing. I usually cast my own but do not have a mold for these. Ordered the sample pack of coated bullets and have really liked them. Badman is one of the few that sells samples which I really appreciate.

I ordered the sample pack of the 230 gr poly coated bullets for my vintage Marlin lever action in 38-55. Wanted to try something other than just lead and didn’t want to use jacketed bullets, so these were the obvious choice. After loading only five for testing purposes, went to the range to check them out at 100 yards on a swinging metal “gong” target. From a rest and using open sights, the first round was slightly low - I adjusted my sight picture and the remaining four hit the target dead center! I was incredulous! Probably the best bullets I’ve ever used in a lever action rifle! Highest recommendations!

It was nice to be able to get a sample pack of bullets. Others that I have had to order you had to buy 100 to try and if they didn't work you had 95 left over. The quality is great and they shot well.

I just had purchased one of the side gate levers from Henry in 38-55. Henry told me the bore info for my gun is: .366 bore/.376 groove. The bullets I purchased were .379 diameter with the black polymer coat. Using CCI Magnum large rifle primers, 5477 powder at 20 Grains, and starline brass, I got bullets that really "Squirt" out of the end of that henry. They are much faster and shoot a bit higher than the cowboy loads I tried previously. I made a bunch and will check for accuracy, but I have no worries. I highly recommend! The load data I got from accurate was 19-24 grains, so I am still on the low end and very impressed!

Have loaded these bullets in both 375 Winchester and 375 SuperMag. Worked great in both. Was able to load with the same loads I use for jacketed bullets with no leading. Grouping was equal to or better than my jacketed loads. Great product at a great price.
