I think it will take a lot of shooting to get used to it right now it is much slower.

This is a quality made product and installation was without issue. We all have different taste and for me it made the reach to the trigger feel awkward as it creates a longer trigger reach. Went back to the factory trigger with renewed satisfaction and solved my “grass is always greener curiosity” I had every time I looked at this shiny widget.

99% of people who purchased and use this trigger love it but yes… it may not be for those very few. It does require a small but short learning curve. Most of that can be accomplished by a few dry fire sessions.

I like a more forward trigger due to trigger pinch incidents when running the rifle fast. With a forward trigger less or no chance of that plus my trigger tap timing is better with this trigger

Installation was easier than expected and have gone shooting once with good results considering the different feeling compared to stock trigger. My cowboy friends assure me I will soon get comfortable with it and that it will reduce my time shooting. Glad I listened to them and got this slick trigger.

I installed the trigger in both of my 1873 lever rifles. I use them for cowboy action shooting. I believe I can run my rifle faster with less live shells ejected.

This is a quality trigger that fits and works perfectly, hence the 5 star rating. HOWEVER, I personally could NOT get the hang of it and had to go back to OEM triggers. Nothing wrong with the part, I just keep hitting the trigger before my lever was all the way up and no amount of dry fire or live stages could help, believe me I tried! I should mention that in speed shooting I can fire 10 shots in 2 to 3 seconds with the curved triggers...

I wanted this trigger for a main match event and Badman Bullets delivered. Great idea but you really need to practice this straight trigger. It worked very well; but, I should have taken more time to practice and get use to the trigger.

I have , as of right now, purchased and installed six (6) straight triggers from Badman Bullets. all in Uberti 1973's in 38/357. 44 special, 44-40 and 45 long colts. I love them in all my guns and they allow me to be the fastest I can be.

Had a 1873 rifle that was notorious for biting my trigger finger. Finally got my fill of it and installed the Slix Trigge, problem solved.
It's also speed up my rifle runs a bit too,nice bonus there.

Once I got used to it the trigger worked really well. No more trigger bite!

I just installed the trigger and so far it seams to work perfectly for me. Great product.

Very easy to install as per provided instructions. Perfect machining. I’m still getting comfortable with using it however. I find I am jacking out more rounds than I did with the original trigger. Hopefully my ability to use it and my speed will improve before too long...

It took us about 30 minutes of constant dry fire practice and about 5 stages of actual shooting to retrain the muscle memory.

Installation was very simple, directions are straightforward- the trigger needed no adjustment or stoning
actually made the trigger pull a lot smoother than the factory one on the new "73 rifle. The forward set of the trigger feels very natural and did not take much time to get used to.

This trigger installed easily without any modifications. The wider blade moves the contact with the trigger finger to the left some of the original trigger, and of course, forward. It feels a little awkward and I haven't yet fired my 73 since installing it. In dry firing, it feels very good. My concern is that there may be a learning curve, and a few AD's before the trigger finger gets retrained. I'm very happy with this trigger and am looking forward to increased speed with the rifle during matches.

TAKES SOME GETTING USED TO BUT SEASON IS NOW OVER TILL APRIL 2017. ONLY SHOT 2 MATCHES WITH IT, PRACTICE OVER WINTER AND SHOULD BE FINE. RON

Love it. The logic is clear, straighter is better for a trigger. Semi-auto pistols have em, semi-auto rifle have em. Cowboy action rifles now have em.

This new trigger went in like butter. I was having an issue of the original trigger getting "hung" in the lever during quick runs and this straight trigger completely fixes that glitch! It feels good being ahead of the lever a bit more providing more clearance between the trigger finger and the 3 in the lever.

So far so good!

Great idea, very well made, minimal fitting. Flawless operation. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Two Shot said so. Period
