Fits great, looks nice, but I'm probably the only one that knows or cares about it installed on my '73.

Purchased the Brass magazine screw cap for my 1866 rifle. Fit Finish and overall quality is great. Did I mention that it looks great on the 1866. Good purchase.

Beautiful and functional accessory for my rifle. It is an improvement over the original part in that is has a stud to hold the spring centered as you install it. WELL worth the money! I'll be buying another for my 1873.

These are a must have for anyone shooting a brass frame 1860 or a 1866. It really adds to the wonderful look of these brass frame beauties. Time will tell how well they will hold up.
