Shape and feeding
Ethan - 05/03/2020
Nice bullet. I like the shape and had no feeding issues in my 1873 Uberti rifle. The sample pack offering is a great way to check out bullets before going volume. I'll do all my bullets in the polymer coating from now on though.
shaving lead
joe - 02/09/2019
bullets had good shape and what i am looking for, but don't have enough bevel on the base. i had to bell the case more than i like to and was still shaving lead. i haven't had a chance to shoot them yet so don't know about accuracy.

Reply from Badman Bullets:

If lead is getting shaved off during the seating process then simply turn your powder die down about an 1/8 of a turn to give your case mouth a little more bell. This is a very simple fix and the problem will then go away. Another thing to look at is which seating stem are you using. You want to use the flat type as to not cause the bullet to tip when seating. See our Frequently Asked Questions page for more info.

38 Special load
Tom Davis - 11/05/2018
Looking for a bullet with no crimp groove so the overall lenght can be adjusted so 10 rounds will feed in a Winchester Trapper (Japan). Crimpping these bullets so overall lenght is 1.385 works well in the rifle.

127 gr. 38 spcl bullets
John Mullen - 04/01/2014
After trying these samples, I ordered 5000 of these bullets. The samples seemed to be OK, but the main order was note. Once these bullets were loaded, many of them would not go into a 38 spcl. case gage. Most of these would chamber in the revolvers that I use, but some would not even do that. I have never had a problem with any other bullets that I have used, so I doubt if I will ever buy these again. I have been reloading for cowboy action shooting for three years now and am very disappointed in these bullets.
Excellent product

Tried a sample of 25, which came in 3 days for $7.95 and free shipping! They are an easy load and very accurate with a small round hole in paper targets. I have ordered 1000 .38 130 grain for my next loading session and look forward to receiving them. Price is right, fast shipping, good people to do business with.
My Favorite
Deaf Eagle - 09/12/2012
Love the performance of this bullet. I use it both in my pistols and in my very picky Rossi 92. When I use other bullets my rifle gums up but if I use these I don't have those issues...
We love the 127 bullet
Big Lou and Hoodoo - 07/22/2011
We love the 127 bullet. No crimp groove makes it easy to load at any length your gun likes. We load at 1.560” for our 66s and 73s and use a 9mm crimp die. The slightly larger flat tip never catches in the primer pocket like some smaller bullets do. They load easily into the mag tube and we have never had any leading problems. Big Lou and Hoodoo
