This nipple wrench is better than any others I have used. Very happy with the quality. I was able to get a stubborn nipple out with ease.

I really like the design; I can use it in my drill/driver to save time. Seems very well made and fits good. I had two other wrenches before this and this is the best one available I think.

I purchased the slix wrench because it was recommended by Dustin Winegar (Guns of the west) on Youtube.

Compared to my Traditions wrench, the slix is more durable and its longer shaft length makes it more ergonomic.

The only thing that I noticed was that it had a very tight fit on the original nipples for my Uberti Walker. Since I was replacing them with slix nipples anyway, it was not really an issue for me.

I'm no gunsmith, and I'm definitely less experienced with the hobby than a lot of people, but this is the only nipple wrench I've found that just WORKS. Pietta, Uberti, traditions wrenches were soft and breaking or deforming on stuck nipples. This thing just turned em and went on down the road.

Absolutely the best wrench I have used

I find the size and height make for excellent leverage when getting a nipple to break loose. The T handle and extended top also make for quick removal by allowing more rapid turning compared to the typical wrench. As a black powder gunsmith I find it to be a useful addition to the workbench.

My other wrench is a bit ‘floppy’. It just doesn’t fit exactly right. The SliX Wrench, however, has a tight fit, doesn’t feel floppy, and overall is a very sturdy product. Won’t need another one soon, but if I do it will be another SliX Wrench!

The SliX nipple wrench works great. It has a good precise fit with my black powder pistol's. Better than the soft, steel nipple wrenches on the market which wear out and bend quite quickly.

I got this because the wrench I had wouldn't fit on my new 49 pocket this one works great on any of my black powder firearms.

Had one nipple I could not get out with my old wrench, the slix wrench worked great

I recently had to remove some rusted in nipples from the cylinder of a pistol I got from a family member. With my son's help and this tool we got them out. We couldn't have done it with the tool commonly sold in gun stores. This one is the real deal!

The skix springs nipple wrench is the best nipple wrench I have used. I have used a few. This one requires no modification or reworking for a first class fit on nipples of any gun I have tried. From pocket frame colts to navy frames and army frames. Even on Remington style revolvers. Never experienced a slip on this wrench.

Virtually the best wrench for the job. Works very well no slippage or damage to any of the nipples in removal or installation. Highly recommend this product!!!

You can't go wrong with this nipple wrench. It's a bit costly but it works great and is very strong. I've owned several Traditions wrenches that always strip at the mouth due to the aluminum frame. This wrench is all steel. I was even able to unlock a set of nipples that were seized up for 7 years with this product (with the help of some Kroil). This wrench didn't even scratch when breaking loose those old nipples.

My traditions nipple wrench broke instantly so I ordered two of these. They work flawlessly and have not lost shape or deformed on the first nipple I tried to adjust like the traditions wrench.

Exactly what I wanted. I'll keep the spare somewhere safe.

A good friend of mine helped me remove some stuck nipples from a Pietta cap and ball revolver. I had soaked them with PB Blaster and used every tool I had to remove them. My friend was able to remove them with the SLIX Wrench! My only suggestion would be to grind one or both of the arms with a screwdriver tip.

I got 1 nibble out with ease. then on next couple I tried the the ears on the nibble wrench chipped could not get it to fit over the nibbles it became useless. I tried to file it down just made it worse.

We highly recommend soaking a cylinder in a penetrating oil for a few days if a nipple is rusted in that bad. Our wrench will withstand a great deal of torque without failing but it’s not designed to remove rusted on wheel lug nuts.

My first wrench broke after only having it around 5 months. I had to buy another on the spot. I own several different models that also broke very easy. Luckily I had a hack-up Dragoon wrench to finish the job with. Fortunately my new wrench arrived within 6 days after order. I wish a company would build one that didn't break.
