Badman 230-grain

These bullets are extremely well-crafted. And shoot well! I am using Tite Group and scouring handloading sources for other heavy .357 heavy bullet loads. Have not tried them on pins yet, but plan to use them in the spring matches.

I loaded these into 38spl brass with 6gr. of #7 and shot them out of a S&W 686 at a recent bowling ping shoot and they worked great without leading up my handgun. Thanks again for a great product.

Comparing the Badman bullets to those of a high volume competitor, I found them to be much more professionally cast, better looking and with half the weight variation. Definitely a superior product.

Loaded as 38 special, surprisingly low recoil. They also went 20in through ballistic gel at point blank range out of a snubby! Accurate out to about 20 yards for me then my loads started to tumble I think. These were NOT +p loads: going about 550fps..
Easy to load, not yet tested on bowling pins

Bought these for bowling pin matches. I used loading data for .38 and .357 using Unique powder. The loads used were from Badman. I want to duplicate standard .45 ACP velocity as that is a great load for clearing pins off the table. I hope to attain at least 800 fps. I have only used Unique so far. These loads were chronographed at 21 feet which is the distance my club places the pins. I used four inch revolvers for both loads. The .38 Special load with Unique chronographed 565 fps and the .357 velocity was 691 average at 21 feet. The .38 was mild recoil but the .357 felt like a light magnum round. I used the Lee .38 Special FCD factory crimp die and had no problems with bulging cases as the Lee FCF smoothes the case down is there is a bulge. I want to try a VV powder for higher velocity.
Great bullets for pin shooting

I've been using these for 4 years now; consistent weight and size. I went from another brand to these and I am sticking with them! 8.7 grains of AA#9 in .357 brass keeps them just under 900fps; perfect!
Super knock down power!

These bullets are great. The ultimate pin-killer round in either .38 or .357Mag. They provided plenty of powder loads to try (10 different brands) so it's not hard to find something that works right off the shelf. While they look funny loaded and obtruding from a .357 case, they do the job and perform well. I haven't tried them at ranges past 25 yards. Accuracy is controllable and well within my needs for pin shooting.

Love them, excellent reloading experience, does not gum up my press with excessive lube. Keeping fps to 900 with 9gr of AA #9 in .357 brass.
Accurate and consistent groups at 35' for the game. Very pleased!

I don't have the time to cast and size
And most of the ammo I shoot
You can not find in any store
I still have 5 gallon buck of 38.s
If you had told me 2 years ago
38 would be easier to shoot than 22's
I would have bet and lost
