Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

Shipping costs are based on the USPS flat rate feature.  

Delivery Time:

When you place your order with us we will do our best to get it out ASAP.  If a product is not in stock we will contact you by email or phone within a couple days and inform you of the approximate ship date.  We try to keep most items in stock but sometimes, like large orders, we will have to manufacture for you.  Most orders ship within 2-5 days.

Returns:

Our products are so darn good why would you want to return them?  Seriously, if you have a problem with your order simply contact us and we will do our best to remedy the situation.  We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.  In regards to our bullets; if you have used up half a box and decide you don’t like them, well then sorry you are stuck with them.  If you have not used any or just a handful and find they won’t function in your firearm then please contact us for a return authorization.  Any and all return authorizations must be within 30 days of you receiving your order. 

Having you as a happy customer is our primary goal.

Damaged:

If your package arrives damaged and any/or a portion of the bullets can not be used or are missing do to loss please contact us immediately so we can file a claim with USPS.  You must retain the damaged article and mailing container (including wrapping, packaging and contents).  The USPS may require you to turn the materials over to a Post Office for an inspection, retention and disposition in accordance with the claims decision.  We will then get your replacement order out ASAP.
